MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING?
For all gatherings this year we will be requiring social distancing and masks out of love for one another and to protect the vulnerable among us. We believe that neither social distancing nor masks will take away from anything God wants to do.
PRACTICALLY, HOW DOES THIS WORK?
To understand Carry The Love we work with hundreds of volunteer local teams comprised of students and young adults who are actively engaged in reaching and loving their campuses and communities nation wide. As we have interviewed each team we have found that guidelines, gathering recommendations and rules vary from state to state, university to university and community to community. So all application of safety will be applied locally and regionally based on the recommendation of local authorities and our local teams.
HOW DOES THIS WHOLE YEAR WORK? WILL THERE BE NORMAL TOUR?
This year our approach to Carry The Love is our most creative yet. One thing we have learned so far in terms of leading through a pandemic is we can only be sure of what is right in front of us. That is why this year we have split our strategy into three phases or what we are calling waves. We will announce one wave at a time and continue to announce different strategies based on the regional and national conditions.
